From the Rapaura district, grapes were handpicked and whole bunch pressed for cool fermentation. The nose is delicate and youthful displaying lemon zest, floral and chalky characters. It's fine and focused on the palate (2.3 g/l) with formidable acidity providing excellent tension and structure. The finish is very long and drying. Needs time. At its best: 2012 to 2017.
Lovely aromatics here: very fresh, focused lemony fruit. Lovely concentration on the palate with powerful lemony, herby fruit. Real presence and high acidity: almost austere. Lots of impact.
